Owners Robb Winde and Jerry Davis founded Essential Homes in 2017. With a combined 55 years in the residential construction industry they decided to combine their knowledge and create a different type of contracting firm. Essential Homes was created and styled to meet the growing need for higher end designer quality home renovations. Robb and Jerry opened Essential homes with one goal: to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and quality to every client with high attention to detail.
